Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 5/6/2026 Effective date: 5/6/2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of Noiserator (the "Service"), operated by GlassVoid LLC ("Company," "we," "us"). It supplements, and is incorporated into, the Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service. Violations of this AUP are violations of the Terms of Service.
1. Prohibited Content
You may not upload, generate, transmit, store, or otherwise make available through the Service any content that:
- (a) constitutes child sexual abuse material ("CSAM") or sexually exploits or endangers minors;
- (b) is non-consensual intimate imagery, or depicts a real, identifiable person in a sexual or nude context without their verifiable consent;
- (c) infringes any third party's copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent, publicity, privacy, or other rights;
- (d) is defamatory, libelous, threatening, harassing, or constitutes hate speech, incitement to violence, or targeted abuse of an individual or protected group;
- (e) contains malware, viruses, ransomware, exploits, or other malicious code;
- (f) is designed to deceive — including realistic deepfakes of identifiable persons, forged identity documents, counterfeit currency, or fraudulent credentials;
- (g) promotes, facilitates, or instructs in the creation of weapons of mass destruction, illegal drugs, or other unlawful goods or services;
- (h) violates any applicable export control, sanctions, or other law.
2. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service, or attempt to extract its source code, model weights, or training data, except to the extent that applicable law forbids such restriction;
- (b) scrape, crawl, harvest, or otherwise programmatically extract content or metadata from the Service except via interfaces we have explicitly designated for that purpose;
- (c) circumvent, disable, or interfere with rate limits, authentication, billing, content filters, watermarking, or other technical measures;
- (d) use the Service to develop, train, or improve a competing product, service, or machine-learning model;
- (e) resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the Service or substantial portions of its outputs except as expressly permitted;
- (f) use the Service to send spam, phishing messages, or unsolicited bulk communications;
- (g) interfere with the Service's security, integrity, or availability — including by launching denial-of-service attacks, probing for vulnerabilities without authorization, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
- (h) impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
- (i) use the Service in any way that could subject Company to liability under applicable law.
3. Outputs and Misuse
The Service generates visual outputs based on your prompts and assets. You are solely responsible for the outputs you create and how you use them. Do not present synthetic media as authentic, do not use the Service to create content that targets, defames, or sexualizes a real identifiable person without that person's consent, and do not use outputs in any way that violates Section 1 of this AUP.
4. Reporting Violations
To report content or conduct that violates this AUP, contact us at abuse@noiserator.com with a description of the violation, links or identifiers for the offending content, and your contact information. For copyright-specific complaints, see our Copyright Policy.
5. Enforcement
We may, at our discretion and without prior notice:
- remove or restrict access to violating content;
- suspend or terminate accounts associated with violations;
- preserve and disclose information to law enforcement where we believe it is necessary or required by law;
- report CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to other authorities as required.
We aim to apply enforcement consistently and proportionately, but reserve the right to act immediately where content presents an imminent risk of harm. Repeat violators will be terminated.
6. Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be announced as described in the Terms of Service.
